Exciting Changes

In the last 4 months I’ve learned WordPress, a little HTML and more social media tips than you can imagine. I started going at this blog with full force back in September. I had no plan or expectations. I hoped at least my friends would read it (sometimes).

What has happened has truly amazed me. The emails and face-to-face feedback I’ve received from you has been awesome. I’ve met so many wonderful people – both business owners and local readers. We’ve been averaging close to 4000 unique visitors a month, which is inspiring to me.

This year I’ve planned some exciting changes. First you’ll see more posts from our contributors. These are ladies who know their stuff and have been kind enough to share it with us. Secondly, the content will continue to evolve. This month, for example, we’re doing a series highlighting different people and products who can help you become a new and more youthful version of yourself in 2012

Finally, Alexandria Lifestyle will begin hosting regular informal events at a local hot spot designed for socializing, networking and fun. Stay tuned for more information.

I’d like to thank my contributors, Torey Vanek, Ronya Misleh, Lauren Sigler and Kathy Martin for the fantastic articles! I’d also like to thank all of the business owners who have been so gracious and helpful in keeping this blog going.
