Secret Pocket Pillow Launch

Two Alexandria moms (and one pop) entrepreneurs have just launched a great new kids product. The Secret Pocket Pillow combines a decorative pillow, stuffed animal and treasure box into one sensational toy. For ages three to eight, the Secret Pocket Pillow is made of cozy fleece with an adorable appliqué design on front and two hidden pockets. The large zippered pocket on back holds all types of toys, books and goodies, while the small pocket on front is hidden within the design and is a perfect “tooth fairy” pocket.

Secret Pocket pillow was created by Eli Edwards, Kevin Nalepka and Sally Eastman who drew on their previous work and life experiences to find a way to make a living doing something they love for those they love – their families.

Eli and I often talked about starting a business so that we could help provide for our families while staying home with the kids. One day we were chatting while picking them up from preschool, and we had our hands full of cars, princess bracelets and the rest of things that they like to carry with them and sneak under their pillows at bedtime and the idea came to us. We were trying to solve a problem that we had and that we know our friends and their children have too. -says Eastman

A national television campaign will begin October 8. The Secret Pocket Pillow jingle is written and performed by Mark Bryan of Hootie and the Blowfish and will also be available for purchase.
