Last falls some girlfriends and I went to Shirlington to take advantage of “Shirlie’s Night Out,” drinks and shopping. Despite a monsoon and me having to run back home for my ID (I’d left it in another purse) we had a really fun evening. That’s the beauty of Shirlington – convenience with nice shops and good restaurants.
Shirlie’s Girls Night Out is back
Starting Thursday, April 5, 5-10pm, the village’s best boutiques, shops, salons and restaurants will host trunk shows, cocktails and special promotions once-a-month for a Shirlington-style girls night out (summer dates are May 3, June 7, July 5, and August 2).
