Bastille welcomes Champagne Janisson and Fils for a 4 course dinner paired with the fabulous bubbles that we have come to love. Join the Chefs Poteaux and the winemaker for Janisson and Fils in this wonderful sampling of their very best fizz!

Begin your journey with Champagne Francois de Rosay along with Truffled Popcorn and progress into Scallop Carpaccio with Vanilla passion fruit vinaigrette paired with the delicate creaminess of Janisson and Fils Grand Cru.
Next, sample the classic “French” way to have your champagne! Caviar, Oeuf brouille and creme fraiche with our favorite, Champagne! The Janisson and Fils Tradition.
For the main course, savor monkfish and oyster curry with stewed fall squash, potato and celeriac paired with another Bastille favorite, Janisson Tradition Rose.
Finally indulge your palate with Vanilla and orange panacotta, Pistachio crisp and cranberry chutney highlighting the smooth and soft fruit of Janisson and Fils Grand Cru Rose Champagne.
