One of my 2011 New Year’s resolutions was to simplify my wardrobe by purchasing fewer high-quality items as opposed to a closet full of cheap clothing. Last October I was taken by Old Navy’s prices and purchased nearly an entire casual fall wardrobe for less than $200.
After getting home and trying everything on again, I realized that half of it didn’t really fit and needed to be returned. The other half shrank after the first wash. Ultimately it was just a waste of time and money.
I didn’t want to make that mistake again so when I was looking for a stylish top to go with jeans I paid Zoe Boutique a visit. This chic little boutique is owned by Susan Gerock and opened this past April. A former technology leader, Susan has found her new purpose in fashion and it shows. She is friendly and helpful and carries a great selection of mainly American based designers for both career and fun. Some of the designers she carries include Chan Luu, Graham and Spencer, laurie b, Leatherock, Liamolly, Mother, Rebecca Taylor, Redengine, Tracy Reese, Velvet, John Wind and Honeydew.
